Notably, Ms. Vinh’s decision to accumulate shares comes just three months after she sold nearly 2.2 million STH shares, representing 11.05% of the capital, on June 5th through a matched transaction. Ms. Nguyen Thi Vinh was elected to the Board of Directors for the 2023-2027 term at the 2025 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held in late July.
The STH share price currently hovers around 20,000 VND per share, implying that the Chairwoman of Thai Nguyen Book Publishing JSC will need to spend approximately 70 billion VND to complete the transaction.
