Quang Ngai: 3 Projects
The Department of Finance of Quang Ngai province announced 3 upcoming investment projects in Mang Den town, Kon Plong district, with a total area of nearly 789 hectares and a population of over 49,500 people. The total expected investment is VND 26,466 billion (equivalent to over $1 billion USD).
Specifically, Project 1 has an area of 264.4 hectares, with a population of over 7,700 people and a total investment of VND 6,647 billion. The project is expected to be implemented from 2025 to 2034.
Project 4 covers an area of 247.4 hectares, accommodating a population of over 11,400 people, with a total investment of over VND 10,228 billion. The project is scheduled for completion between 2025 and 2035.
Project 5 has an area of nearly 276.9 hectares, with a population of over 30,300 people, and a total investment of VND 9,591 billion. The project is expected to be implemented from 2025 to 2034.
These urban areas are envisioned to be multi-functional, incorporating various types of housing, service facilities, resorts, tourist accommodations, and commercial establishments (available for sale, rent, or rent-to-own).
Bac Ninh: 1 Project
The People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province introduced an investment project to build a commercial service center combined with a low-income housing area in Vo Cuong ward, Bac Ninh city. The project covers an area of over 1.1 hectares and is expected to accommodate a population of 1,800 people. The total investment is nearly VND 912 billion.
The construction scale includes technical infrastructure on an area of over 131 hectares according to the approved 1/2000 detailed planning. The residential area comprises social housing and commercial housing.
The project has a duration of 50 years and will be implemented in two phases. Phase 1 will involve the construction of two social housing buildings (CT1 and CT2) and 12 commercial housing lots on an area of 5,140 square meters, expected to be completed by May 6, 2027. Phase 2 will include the construction of two additional social housing buildings (CT3 and CT4) and a commercial center on an area of 5,906 square meters, to be completed by December 31, 2029.
Thai Nguyen: 1 Project
The Department of Finance of Thai Nguyen province invited interest in the Rural Residential Area No. 5 project in La Bang commune, covering an area of nearly 11 hectares and accommodating a population of 1,000 people. The total investment is over VND 193 billion, and the project duration is from Q2 2025 to Q1 2029.
The preliminary product structure includes completed technical infrastructure land for the transfer of land use rights in the form of plot subdivision, selling land plots for people to build houses according to regulations.
Son La: 1 Project
The People’s Committee of Son La province announced a bidding opportunity for the New Urban Area Adjacent to the Key Tourism Center project in Van Son ward, with an area of nearly 47.7 hectares and a population of 3,850 people. The total investment is nearly VND 2,704 billion, and the project duration is approximately 81 months.
Dien Bien: 1 Project
The Department of Planning and Investment of Dien Bien province sought investment in the new urban area of Bac Hong Cum (subdivision A) in Muong Thanh ward, with an area of over 48.5 hectares and a population of nearly 5,600 people. The total investment is nearly VND 999 billion, and the project duration is from 2025 to 2029.
