Mizuki Park: A Sustainable Urban Paradise

In 2017, following the success of the Flora Anh Dao and Fuji Residence projects, Nam Long, in collaboration with Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad, unveiled the Mizuki Park project. Spanning 26 hectares, a massive five times the size of their previous ventures, Mizuki Park marked the beginning of an integrated urban development infused with Vietnamese and Japanese influences.

The comprehensive partnership between a steadfast Vietnamese developer and two Japanese conglomerates with over a century of experience laid the foundation for a thriving, resident-centric, and sustainable community. This is evident in the meticulous master plan that prioritizes harmonious urban design, abundant greenery, and a vibrant aquatic ecosystem.

Fast forward to today, nearly eight years later, and the urban landscape of Mizuki Park is nearing completion, welcoming over 4,000 families to their new homes. With an impressive lamp lighting rate of over 80%, the vibrant community is a testament to the desirability of this southern Saigon urban oasis.

Mizuki Park seamlessly blends Japanese precision with Vietnamese cultural identity. The name itself, derived from the Japanese words “Mizu” (water) and “Ki” (wood), reflects the predominant landscape features: an extensive 17,000 sqm canal system, meticulously preserved natural creeks, and a lush 103,000 sqm of green spaces. At the heart of the development lies a Japanese-inspired island park, complemented by a host of eco-friendly amenities such as themed parks and walking trails.

In tandem with residential development, the investors have diligently curated a comprehensive range of urban amenities to cater to the diverse needs of its residents, ensuring a holistic living, learning, working, shopping, and leisure experience within the confines of the community. Essential facilities like a grand square and boat dock, an event park, supermarkets, and an F&B hub are already operational, enriching the lives of the residents.

In 2023, Mizuki Park was recognized as one of Vietnam’s top ten most livable urban areas, underscoring the long-term vision, sustainable development strategies, and the creation of a quintessential living environment for the community.

The thriving community of Mizuki Park

Branching Out from Strong Roots

The past eight years of dedicated development have been a journey of establishing robust foundations. Each project phase introduced builds upon and benefits from the well-planned infrastructure, amenities, and community cultivated from the outset. In other words, each new development is an evolution, a continuation of an already thriving ecosystem.

Trellia Cove, the upcoming final compound phase, embodies the philosophy of “strong roots, branching out”: with a solid foundation in place, future growth is directed towards sustainability, fostering a high-quality, cohesive, and culturally rich community. This assertion is supported by the fact that, in addition to its unique features, Trellia Cove inherits the advantages of an established and desirable neighborhood.

Spanning 8,408 sqm, Trellia Cove offers 800 high-rise apartments and 24 shophouses, creating a refined and exclusive living environment for those who value privacy and an exceptional quality of life. The compound enjoys a unique “island” location, with one side bordering the central canal and the other hugging the natural Ba Lao creek, offering breathtaking views and favorable feng shui.

Trellia Cove stands out within Mizuki Park with its distinct architectural language. The high-rise buildings draw inspiration from bamboo, symbolizing resilience and growth, while the shophouses seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces, inviting nature in with abundant natural light and breathtaking views of the parks and canals.

In addition to the plethora of existing urban amenities within Mizuki Park, residents of Trellia Cove will enjoy an exclusive range of internal facilities, including a clubhouse with a banquet hall, game room, library, multipurpose sports area, and co-working space, as well as an outdoor swimming pool, gym, yoga area, and a host of outdoor recreational spaces for all ages. The third floor of the apartment blocks has been thoughtfully designed as an open-air communal area with gardens, outdoor yoga spaces, playgrounds, and relaxation corners, fostering a nature-centric, intergenerational community.

As the final compound phase, Trellia Cove not only completes the Mizuki Park master plan but also exemplifies Nam Long’s commitment to creating sustainable living environments. Each product is elevated by a solid foundation, each community is built on strong connections, and each urban development bears a unique identity.
