Tien Phuoc Joint Stock Group recently announced periodic information on the status of principal and interest payments for its bonds in the first half of 2025 to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
On March 25, 2025, Tien Phuoc Group made interest payments of VND 36.7 billion and principal payments of nearly VND 172 billion for the remaining GTPCH2123001 bonds. The bond was issued in March 2021, matured in March 2025, and had an issuance value of VND 300 billion.

On April 6, 2025, the group also made interest payments of VND 26.4 billion and principal payments of VND 123.3 billion for the remaining GTPCH2123002 bonds. This bond was issued in April 2021, matured in April 2025, with an issuance value of VND 200 billion.
With the full repayment of these two bond lots, Tien Phuoc Group has no remaining bond debt.
The purpose of issuing both bond lots was to increase Tien Phuoc’s capital contribution to SGS Joint Stock Company to invest/co-invest in the Chau Pha Parkways project in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province.
The collateral for both bond lots included 20 million shares of Tien Phuoc Real Estate Joint Stock Company, land use rights to Villa 61H owned by related parties, land use rights and assets attached to land at Villa 61 owned by related parties, and other assets and measures agreed upon by the relevant parties to ensure the fulfillment of bond obligations.
Regarding Tien Phuoc Group, the company was established in July 2019 and is a member of the Tien Phuoc ecosystem founded by entrepreneur Nguyen Thanh Lap.
Currently, the legal representative of Tien Phuoc Joint Stock Group is Ms. Nguyen Thi My Phuong (born in 1979), the daughter of Chairman Nguyen Thanh Lap.
Tien Phuoc is a well-known and established real estate company in the southern region of Vietnam. The ecosystem chaired by Nguyen Thanh Lap is known for its investment in various projects in Ho Chi Minh City, including the Le Meridien Hotel at 3C Ton Duc Thang, Long Truong Residential Area, Senturia Vuon Lai with 9.8 hectares, Senturia Nam Sai Gon with 19.8 hectares, Palm Heights with 30 hectares, and Senturia An Phu with 18.2 hectares, among others.
Tien Phuoc has also partnered with Keppel Land on projects such as The Estella and Empire City in Thu Thiem Urban Area.
In addition to real estate, the Tien Phuoc ecosystem has investments in the healthcare sector through My My Commercial Services Joint Stock Company. This company is the investor in the construction of the American International Hospital (AIH) in An Phu Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.
