Hanoi: 1 Affordable Housing Project
On August 13, the Hanoi Department of Construction announced the sales price of an affordable housing project in Dong Anh district (formerly Uy No commune, Dong Anh district), invested by Corporation 319 under the Ministry of Defense. The project consists of four 9-story buildings, offering 419 apartments for sale and 47 for rent.
The selling price is over VND 20.6 million/sqm (including VAT but excluding maintenance fees of nearly VND 393,000/sqm). The apartments range from 40 to 76.6 sqm, with the smallest unit estimated at VND 824 million and the largest at nearly VND 1.6 billion. The rental price is about VND 289,000/sqm (including VAT but excluding maintenance fees). The project is expected to receive applications in Q3 2025.

Danang: 3 Projects, including 1 Affordable Housing
On August 28, the Danang Department of Construction announced that 695 houses in the future (including 689 villas and 6 adjacent ones) at the project of constructing technical infrastructure of Thuy Tu urban area are eligible for sale.
The project is located in Hai Van ward, covering an area of nearly 60 hectares, and is invested by Finance and Enterprise Development Joint Stock Company. It comprises 921 commercial houses with an area ranging from 105 to 220 sqm per unit. Currently, the investor is mortgaging a number of land-use right certificates of the project at Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank – Khanh Hoa branch.
On August 22, the Danang Department of Construction published information on receiving applications for renting three affordable houses in Block B1 and B1A of the affordable housing project in Hoa Khanh Industrial Park. The rental price is VND 48,000/sqm/month, and the application period ends on September 12.
The Hoa Khanh Industrial Park affordable housing complex covers an area of 38,625 sqm, with a total investment of VND 1,000 billion. It includes eight apartment blocks (E1, E2, E3, E4, B1, B1A, B2, and B3) with 1,760 apartments, a sports and service area, and a kindergarten. Sai Gon Thuan Phuoc Green Real Estate Joint Stock Company is the investor.
Earlier, on August 6, the Danang Department of Construction announced that 586 apartments in the MAT 5-6 tower of the Capital Square 3 urban area are eligible for business operations in the future.
The project is located on Ngo Quyen Street, An Hai Ward, with an area of 29,427 sqm, invested by SIH Real Estate Company Limited. It comprises seven blocks of high-rise apartments. Among them, the LAT4-5 block is 26 stories tall with 374 units; MAT5-6 is 24 stories with 586 apartments; and MAT7-8-9 is 29 stories with 750 apartments.
Hai Phong: 3 Projects
On August 13, the Hai Phong Department of Construction announced that 27 commercial houses in the future are eligible for business operations in the commercial housing project in the North of Cam River urban area, Duong Quan, Thuy Nguyen, invested by Bach Dang Investment Joint Stock Company.
The project comprises 328 commercial houses built with exterior finishing (including 185 adjacent houses, 132 twin villas, and 11 single villas); and a 6-story apartment building (affordable housing) with about 286 units.
On the same day, 11 adjacent commercial houses in the future are eligible for business operations in the third sale of the project at 187 Ton Duc Thang, An Dong, An Duong district (now An Hai ward). FANTASEA Investment Joint Stock Company is the investor.
In August, a commercial house in the future belonging to the project of constructing a commercial housing complex combined with urban renovation at 444 Cho Hang Street, Le Chan district (mortgage assets have been released by the bank) is also eligible for sale. The investor is Sao Sang Investment Group Joint Stock Company.
Gia Lai: 1 Affordable Housing Project
On August 19, Solrise Nhon Phu Company Limited announced the reception of applications for purchasing affordable housing in the Nhon Phu 2 affordable housing project (phase 12) until the end of September 18, 2025.
The project is located in Quy Nhon Bac ward, started in January 2024, and is expected to be completed in Q1 2026. It comprises four towers of 9-12 stories, offering a total of 557 apartments for sale at an average price of nearly VND 12 million/sqm (excluding VAT and 2% maintenance fee).

Bac Ninh: 3 Affordable Housing Projects
On August 14, the Bac Ninh Department of Construction announced the selling and rental prices of affordable housing for workers at CT3 and CT4, in the new urban area of Nenh town (now Nenh ward). The investor is a joint venture between Saigon – Hai Phong Industrial Zone Joint Stock Company and Evergreen Bac Giang Sustainable Development Investment Joint Stock Company.
The project offers 616 apartments for sale, with an expected price of VND 16.8 million/sqm (including VAT but excluding maintenance fees). With an area ranging from 28 to 70 sqm, the corresponding price is from VND 470 million to nearly VND 1.2 billion/unit. There are 344 units for rent, with a tentative price of VND 101,000/sqm/month. The application period is from July 17 to December 30, 2025.
On August 12, the Bac Ninh Department of Construction announced the sale of affordable housing in the project of investing in the construction of affordable housing in Thong Nhat Smart City, in Yen Trung and Tam Da communes, invested by Thong Nhat Commercial and Development Investment Joint Stock Company. The application deadline is October 12, 2025.
The project covers an area of nearly 8.6 hectares, investing in the construction of affordable housing, adjacent houses, commercial works, and public works. The affordable housing includes 10 blocks with a total of 1,048 apartments, and the adjacent area has 107 houses. The project is expected to be completed by December 2026.
The selling price (including 5% VAT and 2% maintenance fee) ranges from VND 16.1 to 16.8 million/sqm, and the rental price is from VND 92.5 to 96.3 thousand/sqm.

In August, the Bac Ninh Department of Construction announced the investment project of constructing affordable housing in Area 1 of the urban area adjacent to the Vietnam-Korea Vocational College of Technology, in Bac Giang ward, invested by Hanoi Capital Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company.
The project is constructed on a land fund with a total area of over 1 hectare, including two works: affordable housing with 467 units and a commercial house with 150 units. Among them, 374 affordable housing units are for sale, and 93 are for rent. The selling price (including VAT but excluding maintenance fees) is over VND 17 million/sqm, and the rental price is over VND 114 thousand/sqm/month. The application deadline is December 2025.
Hung Yen: 1 Affordable Housing Project
On August 14, Hung Yen Housing Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company announced the sale of 13 affordable housing units in the affordable housing project for low-income earners in Pho Hien ward, Hung Yen province. The application period is from August 14 to September 14, 2025.
Ninh Binh: 1 Affordable Housing Project
On August 7, the Ninh Binh Department of Construction announced the investment project of constructing affordable housing and worker housing in Le Ho commune, Kim Bang district (now Le Ho ward). The application period is expected to start in Q3 2025.
The project covers an area of over 12 hectares, including the construction of 587 affordable housing units in the form of adjacent low-rise buildings and 476 apartments, invested by Flamingo Hai Tien Joint Stock Company.
The selling price of affordable housing in the form of adjacent houses is about VND 11 million/sqm (including VAT), and the selling price of apartments is VND 18 million/sqm.
Dong Nai: 1 Affordable Housing Project
BAX Joint Stock Company announced that from September 10, the Company would receive applications for purchasing affordable housing for 205 apartments in the worker apartment building project in the central service area of Bau Xeo Industrial Park, Trang Bom district.
The apartments range from 31 to 70 sqm, with a tentative price of VND 4-11.4 million/sqm, equivalent to VND 133-888 million/unit. The project has a total of over 600 apartments. Currently, the investor has completed more than 200 units, and on August 19, the next phase commenced with nearly 100 apartments.
Nghe An: 1 Project
On August 7, the Nghe An Department of Construction announced that 256 land lots in the commercial and service urban area project are eligible for transfer of land-use rights to individuals for self-construction of houses.
The project is implemented in Duc Chau commune, covering an area of over 33.3 hectares. Of this, the low-rise housing area is nearly 15 hectares, with 1,196 lots; the rest is for public, educational, green, and traffic purposes. Oleco-NQ Company Limited is the investor.
Dak Lak: 1 Affordable Housing Project
On August 11, the Dak Lak Department of Construction announced that 238 apartments in the XH1-A social housing block in the Km7 urban area project in Km7 ward, Buon Ma Thuot city, are eligible for sale and rent-to-buy of houses in the future.
The project comprises two 7-story social housing towers, with XH1 covering an area of nearly 1.66 hectares and XH2 about 0.7 hectares. In addition, there are 709 low-rise social housing units for sale and 88 for rent. The project started in Q2 2024 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2025, invested by Dak Lak Urban Development and Investment Joint Stock Company. The selling price of affordable housing is over VND 16.8 million/sqm (including VAT but excluding maintenance fees).
Vinh Long: 1 Project
On August 21, the Vinh Long Department of Construction announced that 60 houses with a total area of 7,215 sqm in the Binh Minh expert, worker, and commercial service housing project are eligible for sale and rent-to-buy in the future.
The project is located in Cai Von ward, invested by Hoang Quan Mekong Commercial Real Estate Consulting Joint Stock Company.
Thai Nguyen: 1 Project
On August 14, the Thai Nguyen Department of Construction announced that three land lots with technical infrastructure in the real estate project are eligible for transfer to individuals for self-construction of houses in the 1C urban area project, Dai Phuc ward (phase 4).
The project covers an area of nearly 9.6 hectares with a total of 381 land lots. BCD Group Joint Stock Company is the investor.
