**Becamex IJC Approves Dividend Payout and Rights Issue for Existing Shareholders**
Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (Becamex IJC) has announced that it will finalize the list of shareholders on September 17, 2025, to facilitate cash dividend payments and implement the rights issue for existing shareholders.
The company will distribute a 5% cash dividend, equivalent to VND 500 per share. With approximately 377.7 million outstanding shares, the expected dividend payout amounts to nearly VND 189 billion, and the payment date is set for October 7, 2025.
On the same date, Becamex IJC will also finalize the list of shareholders to offer over 251.8 million shares to existing shareholders, as per the Certificate of Registration for Public Offering of Additional Shares No. 310/GCN-UBCK, granted by the Chairman of the State Securities Commission on August 29, 2025.
The rights issue will be in the ratio of 3:2, meaning that for every 3 shares held, shareholders will have the right to purchase 2 new shares. The registration and payment period for the share purchase will be from September 24 to October 23, 2025.
Upon completion of this offering, the company’s charter capital is expected to increase from nearly VND 3,777.5 billion to VND 6,295.8 billion.
With a share offering price of VND 10,000 per share, Becamex IJC is expected to raise VND 2,518.3 billion from this issuance. As per the resolution of the Board of Directors on July 18, the company adjusted the capital usage plan as follows:

VND 739 billion will be contributed to Ho Chi Minh City Belt Road 4 JSC to construct the Belt Road 4 project from Thu Bien Bridge to Saigon River (phase 1). Nearly VND 715 billion will be invested in Becamex-Binh Phuoc Technical Infrastructure Development JSC.
Over VND 265 billion will be contributed to Ho Chi Minh City – Thu Dau Mot – Chon Thanh Highway JSC, and nearly VND 225 billion will be invested in the Prince Town II housing project (expanded). VND 200 billion will be allocated for the Sunflower II housing project (expanded), and nearly VND 157 billion will be used to repay principal and interest on bank loans (VND 218 billion) and to repay principal and interest on bond lot IJCH2025001.
In the first half of 2025, Becamex IJC recorded a 38% year-on-year decrease in revenue, amounting to nearly VND 324 billion. However, the company’s after-tax profit increased by 53% to over VND 172 billion. Thus, the company achieved 16% of the revenue target and 40% of the profit target for the first half of the year.
