“Premium Land Auction in Hung Yen: 144 Plots Up for Grabs with Bidding Starting at VND 760 Million”

A total of 144 land lots in Hoang Hoa Tham commune, Hung Yen province, are set to be auctioned off in September. The Partnership Auction Company, Auction Vietnam, will organize an auction of 63 land lots owned by the People’s Committee of Hoang Hoa Tham Ward on the morning of the 6th of September.

Specifically, the 63 land lots up for auction are located in the new residential area of Ngo Quyen Ward, Tien Lu District (formerly known as Hoang Hoa Tham Ward), Hung Yen Province.

The auction lots range in size from 90 to 120 square meters each. The starting price is set at VND 7-12 million per square meter, which equates to a starting bid of over VND 760 million to over VND 1.4 billion per lot.

The auction will be held at the Hoang Hoa Tham Commune Cultural House, and bids will be accepted until 5 PM on September 3rd. The auction registration and document submission will take place at both the Auction Vietnam Company and the Hoang Hoa Tham Commune Public Service Center.

Following this, on the morning of the 13th of September, Auction Company Bao Phong and the Economic Department of Hoang Hoa Tham Ward will jointly organize an auction for the right to use 81 land lots.

These land lots are located in the New Residential Area No.1 in Nhat Tan Ward, Tien Lu District (formerly included in the resettlement area of Hoang Hoa Tham Ward). All 81 land lots are owned by the People’s Committee of Hoang Hoa Tham Ward.

With a long-term usage duration, these rural residential land lots range in size from 95 to 174 square meters each. The starting price is set at VND 10-18 million per square meter, resulting in a lot price range of VND 950 million to over VND 2.5 billion.

Bidders are required to submit their applications by 5 PM on September 10th at Auction Company Bao Phong and the Hoang Hoa Tham Commune Public Service Center. Similar to the previous auction, this auction will also be held at the Hoang Hoa Tham Commune Cultural House, with bids placed through a direct one-round sealed bidding process.
