Those proposed for prosecution include: Le Tuan Linh, Director and Legal Representative; Nguyen Thi Thai Hang, Chairwoman of the Board; Le Thanh Cong; Pham Quang Linh (Quang Linh Vlog), Board Member; and Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien (Miss Grand International 2021).
The Investigation Agency of the Ministry of Public Security informs the victims and concerned parties to protect their legitimate rights and interests according to legal regulations.
Previously, in April and May 2025, the Investigation Agency of the Ministry of Public Security decided to initiate prosecution and arrest the above-mentioned accused.
According to the investigation results, Kera vegetable candy, a dietary supplement produced and distributed by Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien in collaboration with other shareholders of Chi Em Rot Company, is at the center of the case. In the capital contribution structure, Thuy Tien owned 30% of the shares, while the remaining shareholders held 70%.
After its market launch, Thuy Tien, along with Nguyen Thi Thai Hang and Pham Quang Linh, disseminated misinformation, exaggerating the effects of the product. Meanwhile, the test results and product announcement indicated a very low fiber content in Kera candy (0.935%), providing almost no fiber supplement value to consumers. Moreover, Asia Life JSC, the manufacturing unit, failed to clarify the origin of the raw materials used.
