A Stunning New Headquarters for Son Hai Group: A Prestigious Address Just 500 Meters from Hanoi’s Iconic West Lake

Recently, Elcom Technology and Telecommunications Joint Stock Company has announced an invitation to an architectural design competition for the Twin Tower Headquarters of Son Hai Group and ELCOM Innovation Hub in the West West Lake Urban Area.

The construction site is located in the project land plot of the West West Lake Urban Area – Phase 1, Xuan Dinh ward, Hanoi city.

The project scale includes: Construction of twin towers, each tower is 17 floors high and 2 basements, with a maximum construction area of about 3,000 m2. The maximum construction density is about 40%. This is a Grade I civil construction.

The competition will be open to all domestic and foreign units with sufficient professional capacity and practicing according to the current law.

According to the plan, the time for issuing the invitation to the competition starts from August 25, 2025. The unit will receive competition registration and provide competition documents within 15 days until before 17:00 on September 8, 2025

The time for completing and submitting competition entries is 30 days. The deadline for submitting entries is before 17:00 on October 8, 2025.

The prize structure is considered quite attractive, including: 1 special prize worth VND 400 million, 1 first prize of VND 100 million, and 2 second prizes, each worth VND 50 million. All eligible competition entries will be supported with a cost of VND 10 million/set. The organizing unit also affirmed that no fees will be charged from the participating units.

The goal of the competition is to find the most optimal design solution, meeting strict requirements in terms of planning, architecture, function, technology, culture… At the same time, the idea must ensure high feasibility in investment construction, in line with the orientation of sustainable development.

Son Hai Group is known as a leading enterprise in the field of traffic infrastructure construction, famous for high-quality works, fast progress, and up to 10 years of warranty.

The new West West Lake Urban Area (commercially known as Starlake Tay Ho Tay) is considered a “rich area” because it has the most expensive apartments, villas, and adjacent houses in the capital.

According to the land price list issued by the Hanoi People’s Committee at the end of last year (valid until December 31, 2025), Tay Ho Tay is the urban area with the highest land price in the capital. The highest road line in this project reaches over VND 113 million/m2, 3.3 times higher than the old price list.

Currently, many apartments in the Starlake urban area are for sale at a price of over VND 130 million/m2. In the villa segment, the price is even more expensive, ranging from VND 400 million to VND 800 million/m2.
