Danang Unveils Hundreds of New Affordable Housing Units

On September 6th, the Danang Department of Construction announced the release of affordable housing units for sale at the B4-2 lot in the Bau Tram Green Urban Area (Hai Van Ward).

This sale will offer 305 apartments, ranging from 44.5 sqm 2 to almost 70 sqm 2 (1-3 bedrooms).

Eligible buyers for these social housing units include individuals with revolutionary contributions, family members of martyrs; poor and near-poor households; workers; officers, professional soldiers, officials, public employees, etc.

According to the detailed price list, the smallest apartment is priced at nearly VND 730 million for a 44.5 sqm unit with one bedroom. The largest unit, with three bedrooms and an area of nearly 70 sqm, is priced at nearly VND 1.2 billion.

The application period is from October 7 to October 23, 2025, at the office of the Bàu Tràm Lakeside Social Housing Project Management Board, located in Lot B4-2 of the Bàu Tràm Lakeside Green Urban Area.

The Department of Construction of Da Nang City added that this apartment complex consists of six towers, 21 floors, a tum staircase, and a basement. This is the 21st sale offering for this complex.

Previously, the Department of Construction also announced the sale of social housing in Blocks A and B of the An Trung 2 Low-Income Housing Project (An Hai Ward) with 633 units.
