HOSE-listed SSI Securities Corporation (code: SSI) has just announced that it will finalize its 2024 dividend payout on September 26, with a payout ratio of 10% par value, equivalent to VND 1,000 per share. The payment date is set for October 15, 2025.
With approximately 2.07 billion voting shares in circulation, SSI is expected to disburse nearly VND 2,076 billion in dividends for this payout.
As of the end of Q2 2025, Chairman Nguyen Duy Hung owned 16.28 million SSI shares and is estimated to receive VND 16.18 billion in dividends.
NDH Investment Company, also chaired by Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung, holds 164.26 million SSI shares and is expected to receive VND 164.2 billion in dividends.

Sai Gon Dan Linh Real Estate Company, with its holding of 76.67 million SSI shares, is estimated to receive VND 76.67 billion in dividends. It is known that Mr. Nguyen Hong Nam, CEO of SSI and Chairman of the Members’ Council of Sai Gon Dan Linh Real Estate Company, is the dominant shareholder of this company.
Following the conclusion of the private placement on August 29, Daiwa Securities Group Inc., represented by Mr. Kosuke Mizuno, a member of SSI’s Board of Directors and Senior Executive Officer, increased its ownership to 317.15 million shares. This shareholder is expected to receive VND 317.15 billion in dividends.
In other news, SSI will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on September 25, 2025, at the Reunification Hall, 135 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
The main agenda of this meeting is to discuss the plan to offer a maximum of 415.58 million shares to existing shareholders through the exercise of pre-emptive rights.
The entitlement ratio is 5:1, meaning that for every 5 shares held, shareholders will be entitled to purchase 1 new share. The offered shares will not be subject to transfer restrictions. Shareholders holding restricted shares will still be entitled to purchase new shares. The offering is expected to take place between 2025 and 2026.
The offering price is anticipated to be VND 15,000 per share. If the offering is successful, SSI expects to raise a maximum of VND 6,234 billion to supplement its investment and margin lending activities. Concurrently, SSI’s chartered capital is expected to increase from VND 20,778 billion to VND 24,935 billion.
