With approximately 6.9 million shares in circulation, DIH will allocate around VND 10.3 billion for this dividend payout. Mr. Tran Dinh Huy, Deputy General Director and son of Chairman Tran Dinh Loi, who currently holds 19.1% of the shares, is expected to receive nearly VND 2 billion. Another major shareholder, Mr. Do Thanh Quang, with an 8.8% stake, will receive over VND 900 million.

A look back at DIH’s dividend history reveals an inconsistent pattern. During the period of 2010-2012, the company distributed high cash dividends, ranging from 25% to 30%. However, since switching to stock dividends in 2017, the cash dividend ratio for the subsequent five years (2018-2022) remained modest at 1-6%. In 2023, DIH issued stock dividends, and in 2024, it resumed cash dividends at a rate of 15%. This marks the second consecutive year that the company has recorded net profits exceeding VND 10 billion.

DIH’s Financial Performance Over the Years

For 2025, DIH has set a revenue target of VND 250 billion, representing a 13% increase from the previous year. However, the company expects a 13% decline in pre-tax profits, aiming for VND 15 billion. The projected dividend ratio is between 10% and 15%.

DIH’s Half-Year Financial Performance Over the Years

The company’s financial performance for the first half of 2025 was positive, with DIH achieving over VND 220 billion in net revenue, a seventeenfold increase compared to the same period last year. Net profit reached over VND 16 billion, a turnaround from the VND 1 billion loss in the previous year and surpassing 44% of the full-year profit plan within just six months. This impressive result is attributed to the successful development and urbanization project in Hoi An, which significantly boosted revenue.
