Area 2, with an area of nearly 40.3 hectares, belongs to Cam Lam commune, bordering the Vietnam People’s Army barracks, Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, tourism service land, and the Bai Dai Cultural, Tourism, and Ecological Park.

The total population of the planned area is approximately 25,016 people, with Area 1 accommodating 10,800 people, Area 2 nearly 6,600 people, Area 3 over 5,600 people, and Area 4 about 2,000 people.

The approved project aims to synchronize technical and social infrastructure, including roads, water supply and drainage, electricity, lighting, telecommunications, parks, schools, medical facilities, community centers, and commercial-service works. Notably, the architectural landscape of the planned areas is designed with a modern vision, integrating the natural characteristics of the region.

The People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa Province requires relevant agencies and units to manage the construction, implement the approved planning objectives, characteristics, and indicators; and ensure transparency and compliance with land-use laws.
