Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Head of the Private Sector Economy (Ban IV) and Chairman of FPT Corporation, expressed this view during the ceremony announcing the “Panorama of Vietnam’s Private Sector” and introducing the Executive Council and key personnel of the committees organized by Ban IV in Hanoi recently.

At the event, according to Truong Gia Binh, we are witnessing a new geopolitical landscape, and Vietnam is a safe destination. Vietnam is a special nation that has defeated the Mongol Yuan army three times; Unified the country many times with its own strong will. Whenever the country enters a dangerous turn, the spirit and wisdom of the Vietnamese people shine.

“The General Secretary declared to the whole people that: Vietnam will be rich and prosperous. I think this is the time for our country. Today’s event can be considered a new ‘Binh Than Conference’. If in the past, businesses went alone and had to bear their difficulties, now, the challenges faced by businesses are also the challenges of the country,” said Truong Gia Binh.

The private sector focuses on 3 numbers: 20/200/2000

According to Mr. Binh, the private sector’s goal is focused on 3 numbers: 20/200/2000, which includes: 20 national projects, 200 national enterprises, and the participation of 2,000 intellectuals and entrepreneurs at home and abroad.

“We will rely on each other – layer by layer, not only domestically but also globally. You will accompany us, in one way or another,” affirmed Mr. Binh.

The Research and Development of the Private Economy (Ban IV) said that at the working session with Ban IV, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also emphasized that the panorama model of Vietnam’s private economy must be implemented substantially and effectively, mobilizing the综合 strength of the private sector, contributing to bringing Resolution 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo to life.

The difference of the panorama model of the private economy compared to many other programs is that this is a gathering of the largest, most prestigious, and most regulated private business community. The model will operate continuously and long-term, not for the benefit of interest groups but for the responsibility of designing and implementing comprehensive solutions for the development of the economy and each industry and field.

This is an important step to detail the goals, values, and operating methods of the model, towards the event “Panorama of Vietnam’s Private Sector” The first, a major event of the model is expected to take place on 10/10/2025 in Hanoi, associated with Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day.

After the panorama of Vietnam’s private sector in October, the committees and working groups of the model continue to design policies and solutions annually and comprehensively to implement “Public-Private Construction of the Country: Strong and Prosperous” with the government and ministries, sectors, and localities as set out.
