On the afternoon of September 16, 2025, the High-Level Dialogue Session took place as part of the Vietnam Private Sector Economic Forum 2025 (VPSF 2025). The event was attended by nearly 1,000 delegates, including leaders from the Party, State, Government, ministries, central and local agencies, representatives of international organizations, and a large community of private sector experts, scientists, and entrepreneurs. Notably, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh was present and delivered a keynote address.
In his speech, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed deep resonance with the remarks made by Mr. Trinh Tien Dung, Chairman of Dai Dung Group.
The Prime Minister highlighted the steel dome constructed by Dai Dung Group at the National Exhibition Center in Dong Anh District, Hanoi, as a remarkable yet understated achievement.
He shared his admiration and emotion upon visiting the steel dome, a masterpiece designed, manufactured, and rapidly constructed by Vietnamese talent.
“A project initially slated for two years, then reduced to one and a half years, and finally completed in just 10 months, is truly extraordinary,” the Prime Minister emphasized.

The colossal 24,000-ton steel dome at the National Exhibition Center, engineered by Dai Dung Group.
The dome, designed to resemble a tortoise shell, is crafted from ASTM steel meeting international standards. It can withstand typhoons up to level 12 and earthquakes up to level 8. Remarkably, the maximum installation error is a mere 3 mm—a testament to unparalleled precision for such a massive structure.
To achieve this monumental feat, Dai Dung Group mobilized over 1,000 engineers and workers operating in 24/7 shifts. On-site, a 500-ton heavy-duty crane operated continuously, while more than 100,000 steel joints and high-strength bolts were installed with absolute precision, monitored by 3D laser scanning technology. Upon completion, the project not only met stringent technical standards but also set a world record for the largest steel dome structure.

Dai Dung Group, established in 1995 with 20 workers, has grown into Vietnam’s leading steel structure enterprise, specializing in turnkey and construction projects domestically and internationally, ensuring technical excellence, safety, and timely delivery.
A turning point came with international partnerships, such as with Hazama (Japan), executing projects like Mabuchi Motor and Nissei Electric, alongside key developments in Linh Trung and Tan Thuan.
Over nearly three decades, Dai Dung has completed over 2,500 projects, exporting to more than 50 countries, including demanding markets like the U.S., Europe, Australia, and Japan, with an average output of 70,000 tons annually.
A standout achievement was in 2017, when Dai Dung contributed to the Lusail and Ras Abu Aboud stadiums in Qatar for the 2022 World Cup, supplying 34,000 tons of steel with a precision of just 2 mm. This earned them a place on FIFA’s list of approved contractors and recognition from leading global construction firms.
