As of June 30, 2025, Hano-vid’s equity has seen a slight increase, reaching 5.295 trillion VND. Notably, undistributed after-tax profit also rose from 399.6 billion VND to 409.3 billion VND, indicating the company’s continued capital accumulation and stable financial foundation.
Total liabilities decreased from 22.662 trillion VND to 21.899 trillion VND, reflecting Hano-vid’s efforts in capital restructuring. Reducing debt not only enhances the company’s financial health but also creates room for future investment plans.
Liquidity ratios show positive trends, with the current ratio increasing from 1.32 to 1.58 and the quick ratio rising from 1.06 to 1.25. This demonstrates Hano-vid’s stable cash flow and ability to meet short-term financial obligations securely.
Pre-tax profit increased from 9.6 billion VND to 12.2 billion VND, while after-tax profit surged more than fourfold, from 2.1 billion VND to 9.7 billion VND. These results highlight significant improvements in the company’s operational efficiency during the first half of the year. Although profitability remains modest, the upward trend indicates Hano-vid’s gradual enhancement in capital utilization.
Established in 2010, Hano-vid Real Estate Joint Stock Company successfully completed the GoldSilk Complex project in Ha Dong District, Hanoi. Spanning nearly 2 hectares, the project includes two 32-story towers with 748 apartments, four commercial townhouses with 47 adjacent units, and a kindergarten and school covering over 5,000 square meters. Building on its success in Hanoi, Hano-vid has expanded to various provinces, including Lao Cai, Cao Bang, Son La, Ha Tinh, Ca Mau, Tay Ninh, and Gia Lai, contributing to local economic development.
