By integrating digital tools, market analytics, and expert mentorship, the program aims to build confidence among businesses, attract high-caliber buyers, and accelerate online export activities.

Liu further explained that the curriculum spans eight critical stages, from market analysis and resource preparation to customer acquisition, contract negotiation, logistics, and customs procedures. Each one-hour session will feature live interactions with export specialist Dr. Lê Sài Gòn.

Addressing the event, HoĂ ng Quang Phòng, Vice Chairman of VCCI, emphasized the need for Vietnamese businesses to enhance product quality, expand markets, and leverage technology amid volatile global trade conditions. Cross-border e-commerce, particularly B2B platforms, is highlighted as a strategic avenue for Vietnamese goods to reach international audiences. “VCCI remains committed to bolstering businesses’ global competitiveness,” affirmed Phòng.

Propelling Vietnamese Products onto the Global Stage

Huỳnh Ngọc Anh Thư, Sales Manager at Duy Phát (a B2B metal furniture manufacturer), shared her company’s success story. Since initiating online exports in December 2023, Duy Phát has harnessed data analytics, AI tools, and platform-provided order protection. Within four months on Alibaba.com, they secured a $30,000 USD deal from a US buyer and engaged 80 new buyers from Europe and the Americas.

“We’re now expanding our storefronts to diversify product offerings and scale our online export operations,” added Thư.

Similarly, Erosska, a Vietnamese footwear brand founded by young entrepreneurs, achieved international success through Shopee’s B2C (retail) e-commerce platform. Founder Nguyễn Hùng Tuấn revealed that Erosska joined Shopee’s global selling program at its 2021 launch, exporting to four Southeast Asian markets: Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Thailand.

In June 2025, Shopee introduced its Full Export Control program, enabling brands to manage storefronts, inventory, pricing, and localized marketing strategies. Tuấn noted that within two months, Erosska’s Malaysian revenue increased by 10%.
