According to the latest images, after nearly two months of groundbreaking, the Central Point Hai Phong project is gradually taking shape. The site is bustling with machinery, engineers, and construction workers.
On July 19th, in Thuy Nguyen district, Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation commenced the Central Point Hai Phong project. The project is located at lot TMDV-05 in the Bac Song Cam Urban Area, opposite the new Political and Administrative Center of Hai Phong City.
Central Point Hai Phong spans over 47,500 m², featuring 9 towers ranging from 25 to 40 floors, comprising 1,500 apartments. The apartments vary in size from 28 m² (studio) to 132 m² (4-bedroom units).
In addition to residential units, the project includes an exhibition center, conference halls, hotels, office spaces, and shophouses.

A standout feature of the project is its 40-story tower, which, upon completion, will become one of the tallest buildings in Hai Phong City. Currently, the tallest structures are the Diamond Crown Hai Phong project (39-45 floors) and the tower at Vinhomes Imperia (45 floors).
The project is expected to accommodate approximately 5,600 residents, significantly transforming the urban landscape of the Bac Song Cam area and Hai Phong City as a whole.
The TMDV-05 land lot, where Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation is developing Central Point Hai Phong, was awarded through a successful auction in October 2023, with an annual lease price of 8.63 billion VND.
By October 2024, the Hai Phong Department of Natural Resources and Environment had published an environmental impact assessment consultation for the TMDV-05 land lot.

Regarding the timeline, from the beginning of this year to Q1 2026, the developer will prepare project procedures. This will be followed by site preparation and infrastructure development until the end of 2028. Construction of urban facilities will commence in 2029 and continue until Q2 2032. The entire urban area is expected to begin operations in Q3 2032.
