According to updates from Giao Heo’s Facebook account, his last post and image were at 9:48 PM on September 17th. Earlier that day, around noon, the YouTuber had checked in at Hanoi, excitedly sharing that he was heading to Moc Chau (Son La).

According to a close friend of Giao Heo who spoke with us, the YouTuber passed away on the morning of September 18th, around 9 AM, due to a traffic accident.
“My friend, my close brother whom I admired and loved dearly—Giao Heo—has sadly passed away due to a traffic accident. It’s an immense loss that cannot be filled. May he rest in peace. The memories, laughter, and love we shared will forever remain with us. Farewell, brother. You’ll always be remembered.”—shared the friend of the YouTuber.

Giao Heo, whose real name is Ho Hoang Giao, was born in 1992 in Buon Ma Thuot and was living and working in Bao Loc (Lam Dong). Before gaining fame on social media, he had over 10 years of experience as a chef in Ho Chi Minh City. After returning to his hometown to start his own business, Giao Heo opened a small restaurant, but due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, he faced difficulties and turned to content creation.
Giao Heo’s main content focused on reviewing tech gadgets and cooking. He gained attention through his easy-to-follow, entertaining, and engaging cooking videos. His signature style was humor, positivity, and his infectious smile, which made him memorable to his audience.
