Loan tenures extend up to 35 years, including a grace period of up to 36 months on principal repayment. Flexible repayment plans—monthly, quarterly, or semiannually—ensure financial convenience. Collateral options include the purchased property, existing real estate, vehicles, or savings deposits.

Additional perks include a complimentary credit card or overdraft facility of up to VND200 million ($7,692), ideal for covering home essentials like furniture and appliances.

An SHB spokesperson highlighted the bank’s streamlined lending process for T&T projects, reducing appraisal, approval, and disbursement times. “We recognize that purchasing a home is a significant life decision, often accompanied by financial stress. This loan package is crafted to be a trusted partner for our customers. With preferential rates and adaptable repayment options, families can manage their finances effectively, ensuring each payment contributes to building their future home,” they added.
