T&T Millennia City: A Visionary Urban Development

Strategically positioned at the southern entrance of Ho Chi Minh City, T&T Millennia City is more than just a real estate project—it’s a thriving lifestyle destination. Nestled in Can Giuoc, Tay Ninh (formerly Long An), this development seamlessly blends urban connectivity with serene green spaces. Its prime location ensures easy access to the city center and surrounding areas, while ongoing infrastructure projects like the Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway and Ho Chi Minh City’s Ring Road 3 are set to enhance its appeal and investment potential.

Conceived as a “city within a city,” T&T Millennia City dedicates nearly 20% of its land to lush greenery and water features, boasting 7 kilometers of riverfront. Developed by T&T Group in collaboration with international partners such as Anabuki (Japan) and Belt Collins (US), the project offers move-in-ready properties ideal for both residential and commercial use. Whether you’re seeking a long-term home or a strategic investment, this development promises a future-proof lifestyle in a rapidly growing region.

Empowering Homeownership with Tailored Financial Solutions

To make homeownership accessible, SHB has launched a VND1,800 billion ($69.23 million) credit package with competitive interest rates starting at 6.69% per annum. This financing option is available to buyers of T&T Millennia City properties and other T&T Group projects.

Borrowers can secure loans of up to 90% of the property’s value (capped at 80% of the collateral’s value), with fixed-rate terms ranging from 12 to 60 months. The loan tenure extends up to 35 years, featuring a grace period of up to 36 months on principal repayment. Flexible repayment options include monthly, quarterly, or semiannual installments, and borrowers can choose from various collateral types, including the purchased property, existing real estate, vehicles, or savings deposits.

Additional perks include a complimentary credit card or overdraft facility of up to VND200 million ($7,692), designed to cover essential home-related expenses such as furniture and appliances.

SHB’s Exclusive Credit Package for T&T Group Homebuyers

An SHB spokesperson highlighted the bank’s streamlined lending process for T&T projects, reducing the time required for appraisal, approval, and disbursement.

“Purchasing a home is a significant life decision, often accompanied by financial challenges. Our loan package is designed to be a trusted partner for homebuyers. With preferential interest rates and adaptable repayment plans, families can manage their finances effectively, ensuring each payment contributes to building their dream home,” the spokesperson explained.

SHB’s dedicated advisory teams play a pivotal role in guiding customers through the loan process, offering timely support and swift access to funds.

With nearly 32 years of experience, SHB has developed a comprehensive suite of financial solutions aligned with customer needs and government policies, continually adapting its products to meet evolving market demands.

SHB: Your Partner Throughout the Homebuying Journey

Earlier this year, SHB introduced a VND16,000 billion ($615.38 million) preferential mortgage program in line with government directives. Targeting buyers under 35, this initiative aims to make housing more accessible for younger generations.

By mid-2025, the bank had disbursed over VND9,000 billion ($346.15 million), approving more than 2,000 applications. Outstanding loans to young borrowers in the first half of 2025 doubled compared to the same period last year, reflecting strong housing demand among younger demographics and reinforcing SHB’s commitment to expanding preferential lending.
