Envisioning the Creation of an “Art City”
In the urban development landscape of the western inner city area of Hanoi, Vista Nam An Khánh stands out with its vision to become an “art city,” a rare model where aesthetic, cultural, and resident experience elements are placed on par with infrastructure planning. This project is also the most passionately invested endeavor by SJ Group in its 24-year journey of formation and development.
“We don’t just build homes; we create a civilized community where every street corner and every space is imbued with aesthetic and cultural significance,” shared a representative from SJ Group.
This philosophy is evident in every detail, from the Ecopath promenade likened to an open “green museum,” to the hot mineral onsen area, serene Zen gardens, and themed parks. All these elements demonstrate the effort to create a city that both connects with nature and nurtures the spiritual and physical well-being of its residents.
An urban development expert remarked, “SJ Group has chosen a more challenging but sustainable path,” by prioritizing art, culture, and transparent legal practices over mere development speed.
Gradually Shaping a New Identity
To realize this vision, SJ Group has been implementing a series of key projects. Earlier in February, the developer launched the planting of 7,000 trees to green the entire area, alongside beautifying the Dan Hoai canal to enhance both water drainage and scenic harmony.
The 460-meter section of the Dan Hoai canal within Vista Nam An Khánh has been completed, becoming a green landscape highlight and improving drainage. Notably, the canal is adjacent to the 36-meter A2 road—a crucial route in the Vista Serena subdivision. Once this road is completed and expanded as planned, the shophouse rows in Vista Serena will significantly benefit in terms of commercial value and business potential.

The renovated Dan Hoai canal offers dual advantages in ecology and commerce for residents.
Other concurrently implemented projects include completing the CX landscape plots (internal gardens), upgrading the lighting system, constructing landscape highlights along the main roads, and adding outdoor fitness amenities. These steps not only establish infrastructure but also reflect a long-term vision for a green, clean, and multi-experiential urban area.
A Bustling Construction Site with Key Projects
A September 2025 survey of Vista Nam An Khánh reveals a bustling construction atmosphere. Several critical projects are being implemented simultaneously, shaping the new identity of the urban area.
The shophouse rows in Vista Palma are nearing exterior completion, gradually forming a vibrant commercial street, poised to become a local shopping and service hub. Simultaneously, the Vista Serena gateway—a symbol of the enclosed compound subdivision—is under construction, enhancing both recognition and security.

The Ecopath, an ecological promenade encircling the urban area, is in its first phase of construction, scheduled for completion by year-end. This pathway not only facilitates resident sports and safe scenic walks for all ages but also embodies a humane planning philosophy, prioritizing pedestrians and cyclists—a common feature in developed cities.

The Ecopath promenade is under urgent construction.
In the increasingly crowded core urban area, most projects maximize land use for commercial purposes. However, SJ Group has dedicated a significant portion of its area to creating the Ecopath. This decision reflects the developer’s unique approach, prioritizing long-term amenities over profit-driven land exploitation, thereby offering a green, healthy, and sustainable living space for the community.
Additionally, a Zen-inspired meditation garden is nearing completion, providing a tranquil “oasis” for residents, alongside an outdoor yoga area by Lago Lake. The developer is also planting new trees and flowers in landscape plots, paving sidewalks, and upgrading internal traffic infrastructure to enhance operational coherence.

“We’re not just building homes but crafting a new lifestyle: living with art, nature, and a civilized community. This is the core value SJ Group aims to bring to Vista Nam An Khánh residents,” emphasized the SJ Group representative.
By late 2025, SJ Group plans to launch a hot mineral onsen complex in Vista Serena. Beyond a bathing facility, this will be a cultural space where residents experience the essence of Japanese living art while nurturing physical and mental health.
Alongside the onsen, various wellness amenities are being prepared for rapid construction, including a central square, botanical theme park, sports park system, and 8 new pickleball courts.
Transparent Legal Practices for Sustainable Value
With a 24-year journey, SJ Group is recognized as an experienced urban developer. The company avoids quantity-focused approaches, opting instead for long-term projects with unique identities, strategic locations, meticulous planning, refined architecture, and transparent legal practices. This philosophy has established SJ Group’s distinct mark and sustainable value in the real estate market.
“SJ Group always prioritizes legal transparency. We understand that an art project’s true value lies in its solid legal foundation, ensuring absolute peace of mind for customers,” affirmed the SJ Group representative.
In reality, the simultaneous progress of multiple projects from the outset not only demonstrates SJ Group’s commitment but also enhances investment value as residents and investors witness the project’s daily transformation.
Beyond the project’s internal strengths, Vista Nam An Khánh benefits from the exploding infrastructure in western Hanoi. The upcoming completion of the Ring Road 3.5 and future metro lines will enhance connectivity, reducing travel time to the city center and surrounding areas.
