Recognition from the Brand Finance Rankings

This annual ranking is based on stringent criteria such as financial capability, revenue and profit growth rates, land fund scale, management efficiency, and brand recognition and reputation in the market. It is an independent and objective evaluation, accurately reflecting the resilience and competitive strength of businesses.

Being featured in the Top 10 Most Valuable Real Estate Brands in Vietnam 2025, alongside industry giants like Vinhomes, Masterise Homes, Nam Long, and Khang Điền, as well as in the Top 100 Most Valuable Brands in Vietnam 2025, clearly demonstrates Van Phu’s robust momentum during the 2024–2025 period. Starting as a real estate developer with residential projects in Hanoi, the company has expanded its footprint to major cities and provinces such as Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Thanh Hoa, and Dong Nai. Its portfolio now spans urban developments, transportation infrastructure, and hospitality and commercial services.

According to experts, this achievement not only validates Van Phu’s project execution capabilities but also establishes its position among the most influential real estate companies shaping Vietnam’s market.

Solid Foundation: Strategic Land Bank and Stable Finances

Van Phu’s entry into the Top 10 Most Valuable Real Estate Brands in Vietnam is underpinned not only by its brand reputation but also by its robust land bank and financial strength. During 2024–2025, the company has consistently delivered landmark projects nationwide. Notable examples include Vlasta – Thuy Nguyen (Hai Phong), Vlasta – Sam Son, the Pham Hung project, and the TT39-40 project in Hanoi. Van Phu has also made significant strides in the southern region with large-scale urban developments such as Binh Chanh (Ho Chi Minh City, 10 hectares) and Nhon Trach (Dong Nai, 120 hectares).

A standout achievement was the acquisition of a 9,000 m² land plot in Phu Nhuan (Ho Chi Minh City), securing a rare central location poised for an iconic future development. Additionally, the BT Go Dua project (Ho Chi Minh City), led by Van Phu’s subsidiary Bac Ai, has overcome regulatory hurdles, unlocking opportunities to leverage prime land resources in the city center and significantly enhancing development capabilities.

Van Phu has made a strong impact with numerous real estate projects across Vietnam’s provinces and cities.

Beyond commercial projects, Van Phu has pioneered solutions for national-scale planning challenges. In partnership with Deo Ca Group, Van Phu proposed the “Hong River Boulevard and Riverside Landscape” project under the BT model, which has received approval in principle from the Hanoi People’s Committee. The Van Phu – Deo Ca consortium is collaborating with global experts to finalize the proposal, with construction expected to begin in January 2026.

The “For Humanity” Philosophy: A Guiding Principle

While financial strength and land resources form the hard power, Van Phu’s “For Humanity” philosophy is the soft power that sets it apart. This philosophy reflects the company’s human-centric approach to real estate development. By prioritizing customer needs, Van Phu strives to create living spaces that are not only modern but also inspiring and sustainable for communities.

Cultural and artistic activities at Van Phu’s projects embody the “For Humanity” philosophy, placing people at the heart of every development initiative.

Experts highlight Van Phu’s unwavering commitment to building culturally rich urban areas as a commendable effort. This goes beyond enhancing urban aesthetics, contributing meaningfully to the preservation and transmission of cultural heritage for future generations.

Over 22 years in Vietnam’s real estate market, Van Phu has proven itself as not just a builder of structures but a creator of communities, fostering sustainable societal value. Its steadfast adherence to the “For Humanity” philosophy, combined with its execution capabilities and strategic land bank, has secured its place in the Top 10 Most Valuable Real Estate Brands in Vietnam and the Top 100 Most Valuable Brands nationally. This success is a testament to its relentless efforts and a solid foundation for the company’s new 10-year development strategy (2023–2032).
