This independent evaluation objectively reflects the resilience and competitive edge of businesses in the real estate sector.

Featuring alongside industry giants like Vinhomes, Masterise Homes, Nam Long, and Khang Điền in the Top 10 Most Valuable Real Estate Brands in Vietnam 2025, and ranking within the Top 100 Most Valuable Vietnamese Brands, Văn Phú’s remarkable growth during 2024-2025 is undeniable. In partnership with Deo Ca Group, Văn Phú proposed the “Hong River Boulevard and Riverside Landscape” project under the BT model, which received approval from the Hanoi People’s Committee.
