Recently, a social media user shared a quick review video of the VinFast Minio Green, rumored to be showcased at the company’s event tomorrow, September 19th, in Hanoi. The user also tested the rear seat space of this mini vehicle to assess its comfort.

The video and experience reveal sufficient headroom, legroom, and knee space, with no contact between the user’s head and the ceiling or knees and the front seat. Notably, the reviewer stands at 1.7 meters tall.

Subsequently, the user moved to the driver’s seat, finding it surprisingly comfortable.

According to official specifications, the VinFast Minio Green is a service-oriented mini vehicle. While slightly shorter than the VF 3, real-world experience suggests it doesn’t compromise on interior space despite its compact dimensions.

VinFast reports the Minio Green’s dimensions as 3,090 mm (L) x 1,496 mm (W) x 1,625 mm (H), approximately 100 mm shorter than the VF 3 and 500 mm shorter than the Kia Morning. However, its wheelbase is only 10 mm shorter than the VF 3, likely contributing to its spacious interior for four adults.

The VinFast Minio Green is designed specifically for service use.

Powered by a rear-mounted electric motor, it delivers up to 20 kW (27 hp) and 65 Nm of torque, with a top speed of 85 km/h and 0-50 km/h acceleration in 6.5 seconds, optimized for urban driving.

The Minio Green supports AC single-phase charging up to 3.3 kW and DC fast charging up to 12 kW, offering flexibility between home and public charging. Initially, it boasts a 180 km range (NEDC) per charge, with plans to upgrade to 210 km.

Starting July 2025, VinFast will offer free battery upgrades for the Minio Green, increasing capacity from 15.2 kWh to 18.5 kWh and transitioning to a 400V electrical system. This enhances the range to 210 km (NEDC) and reduces 10%-70% charging time to approximately 30 minutes.
