Recently, the Revenue Management and Participant Development Department of Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance (HCM City SI) released a list of 18,984 entities in the city that have delayed insurance payments for three months or more. The data, accurate as of August 31, 2025, was updated in the UNC system until September 15, 2025.

Notably, Amity Trading and Service Production Company Limited (Amity) was included in this list, having delayed insurance payments for nine months, amounting to over 3.2 billion VND.

Upon investigation, it was found that Amity was previously known as Quyen Linh Artist Limited Liability Company, which changed its name on April 16, 2025.

Established on August 23, 2018, the company initially had a charter capital of 9.79 billion VND, owned by Ms. Nguyen Thi Van Anh (born in 1986), who also serves as the CEO and legal representative.

The company’s primary business activities include the production of cosmetics, soap, detergents, polishes, and sanitizing agents. Additionally, they produce basic chemicals, rent motor vehicles, and offer packaging services.

After several capital increases, as of June 12, 2024, Amity’s charter capital stands at 200 billion VND, entirely from private sources.

As of the latest update on August 18, 2025, Ms. Nguyen Thi Van Anh remains the owner, CEO, and legal representative of the company.

However, according to an article on Amity’s website, the company is introduced as co-founded by MC Quyen Linh.

Amity specializes in selling laundry detergent, fabric softener, floor cleaner, dishwashing liquid, and Javel bleach under the Amity brand.

“Born from the passion of artist Quyen Linh and his close associates Quoc Co, Quoc Nghiep, and Sam, Amity products are the result of years of market research and quality assurance. Amity is a product from the heart, backed by the reputation and image of artist Quyen Linh,” as stated on the website.

In addition to being the brand ambassador for Amity’s products, Quyen Linh, along with his wife Nguyen Thi Da Thao, invested in establishing Giếng Tiên Thảo Linh Cultural and Tourism Company Limited. Founded on March 15, 2018, the company’s primary business is tour operation.

At its inception, the company had a charter capital of 10 billion VND, with Quyen Linh contributing 7 billion VND (70% ownership) and Nguyen Thi Da Thao contributing 3 billion VND (30% ownership).

At that time, Quyen Linh served as the Chairman of the Members’ Council and Director of the company.

By August 4, 2020, the company’s charter capital remained unchanged, but the shareholder structure shifted. Quang Vu Energy Company Limited invested 3.9 billion VND (39%), Nguyen Manh Ha invested 2.5 billion VND (25%), Nguyen Phi Hung invested 500 million VND (5%), and Quyen Linh invested 3.1 billion VND (31%).

As of June 1, 2021, the company’s shareholders were reduced to two: Quyen Linh holding 75% and Nguyen Manh Ha holding 25%.

According to the latest business registration update on March 27, 2023, Quyen Linh reduced his ownership to 54%, equivalent to 5.4 billion VND, and currently serves as the Director and legal representative of the company.
