Capella Quang Nam Joint Stock Company has announced the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report for the investment project in constructing and operating the infrastructure of the Tam Thang Expanded Industrial Zone 2. Spanning 110.7 hectares, the project is located in Thang Truong Commune, Da Nang City (formerly Binh Nam Commune, Thang Binh District, Quang Nam Province).

The project received its initial investment certificate from the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Quang Nam Province on August 4, 2025. With a total investment of 550 billion VND, the project is funded by 100 billion VND from the investor and the remainder through loans.

Capella Quang Nam aims to develop this industrial zone into a hub for advanced technology projects, focusing on efficient resource and labor utilization, high added value, and integration into the global supply chain, aligning with the Industry 4.0 revolution.

The infrastructure construction is expected to take 48 months from the land handover date, with completion anticipated by Q2/2029.

Through the EIA report, Capella Quang Nam requests the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to review and approve the environmental impact assessment to ensure the project proceeds on schedule.

The company also urges relevant authorities to implement management and monitoring plans, along with timely guidance programs for environmental protection measures.

Established in 2015, Capella Quang Nam is headquartered in Tam Thang Industrial Zone 2, with a charter capital of 700 billion VND as of March 2025. Mr. Tran Ngoc Anh serves as the CEO and legal representative.

Capella Quang Nam is also the developer of the 103-hectare Tam Thang Industrial Zone 2 (part of the 300-hectare Tam Thang Industrial Zone within the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone), approved by the Prime Minister in 2004. The zone has completed 70.4 hectares of infrastructure (68% of the land area), with a 60% occupancy rate. It has attracted 16 enterprises, 10 of which have received investment licenses. Key industries include toy manufacturing, medical equipment, synthetic fibers, metal casting, and health supplements.

With the Tam Thang Expanded Industrial Zone 2, Capella Quang Nam aims to expand the industrial land bank, driving development in eastern Quang Nam and establishing a new industrial growth pole independent of Tam Thang Industrial Zone 2.
