Concrete Manufacturer Sets 20% Cash Dividend Payout Date, Shares Surge 35% in Two Months

Hòa Cầm Concrete JSC – Intimex (stock code: HCC) has announced the final registration date for shareholders to receive the 2024 cash dividend, set for September 23, 2025. The ex-dividend date is September 22, 2025.

Shareholders will receive VND 2,000 per share, equivalent to a 20% payout ratio. The dividend payment is scheduled for October 22, 2025.

With over 6.5 million outstanding shares, HCC will allocate approximately VND 13 billion for this dividend payment. Intimex Group, the parent company holding 51.48% of HCC’s capital, is expected to receive over VND 6.7 billion.

This marks the highest dividend payout in the past seven years, following the company’s 2024 net profit of nearly VND 13 billion, the highest in the last five years.

In the first half of 2025, the company reported revenue of VND 196 billion, a 153% increase compared to the same period in 2024. After-tax profit reached VND 16.5 billion, up 326% year-on-year.

The company attributed its success to timely price adjustments in response to rising input material costs (sand, stone) and strategic inventory management, securing lower-cost stock to enhance profitability.

On the stock market, HCC shares traded at VND 26,100 on September 19, a 35% increase from the closing price on July 18.

Established in 1998, Hòa Cầm Concrete JSC began as the Commercial Concrete and Construction Stone Enterprise under Quang Nam Construction Company.

Its core business includes producing and trading commercial concrete, construction stones, and sand, sourced from its own quarries. The company also specializes in civil, industrial, and hydraulic construction projects.
