The Supreme People’s Procuracy of Vietnam has issued an indictment charging five individuals from Chị Em Rọt Group Joint Stock Company with “Deceptive Business Practices,” under Article 198, Clause 2(d) of the Penal Code.
The prosecution has charged all five defendants with the same offense: Lê Tuấn Linh (Company Director), Nguyễn Thị Thái Hằng (aka Hằng “Du Mục,” Chairwoman of the Board), Phạm Quang Linh (Quang Linh Vlog, Board Member), Lê Thành Công (Board Member), and Nguyễn Thúc Thùy Tiên (Miss Grand International 2021).
According to the indictment, in July 2024, Lê Tuấn Linh, along with Hằng “Du Mục” and Quang Linh Vlogs, established Chị Em Rọt Group. They later recruited Lê Thành Công and beauty queen Nguyễn Thúc Thùy Tiên, who holds a 30% stake and serves as the company’s brand ambassador.
