Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences

Set to redefine Dubai’s skyline, the Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences aims to become the world’s tallest residential building upon completion. This 595-meter skyscraper, comprising 105 floors, broke ground in 2022 and is slated for completion by 2026.

This ultra-luxury tower boasts a sleek design, crowned by a diamond-inspired pinnacle—a nod to Jacob & Co’s exquisite craftsmanship. This feature stands as one of the project’s most striking elements.

Beyond its opulent residences, the tower offers world-class amenities, including an infinity pool with panoramic Dubai views, a state-of-the-art gym, and a luxurious spa.

Six Senses Residences

Currently under construction in Dubai’s Marina district, the Six Senses Residences will soar 517 meters high with 125 floors.

Its elegant glass facade tapers to a point, complemented by spacious terraces and balconies. Premium materials and floor-to-ceiling windows ensure breathtaking vistas.

Residents will enjoy amenities such as a fitness center, sound therapy room, and private cinema. Construction began in 2024, with completion expected by 2028.

China International Silk Road Center

Rising 498 meters in Xi’an, China, the China International Silk Road Center features 101 floors, housing a 5-star hotel and premium office spaces.

The complex includes an observation deck and conference center. Upon completion in 2027, it will be Northwest China’s tallest building and a symbol of Xi’an’s modernity.

Set to complete in 2027, it will dominate Chengdu’s skyline as Southwest China’s tallest structure, embodying the city’s rapid growth.
