Gia Lai: 2 Projects
The Management Board of the Binh Dinh Economic Zone (now Gia Lai Province) has announced plans to invite investments for two urban development projects in Cat Tien Commune, with a combined investment capital of nearly VND 7,344 billion.
Specifically, the Cat Tien Central Commercial and Service Urban Area project in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone spans over 22 hectares, including more than 19.6 hectares of rice fields and nearly 2.4 hectares of irrigation canals and unused land managed by the Cat Tien Town People’s Committee. The total investment is approximately VND 4,834 billion. This project does not allow foreign organizations or individuals to own residential properties.
The second project, the Cat Tien Coastal Tourism Urban Area in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, covers nearly 31.5 hectares with a total investment of over VND 2,510 billion. It aims to become a model new urban area with synchronized technical and social infrastructure meeting Type V urban standards, featuring a seaside park, commercial facilities, and tourism services.
Both projects will complete investment preparation procedures within 12 months from the effective date of the contract or approval of the investment policy by state authorities. The entire project implementation timeline is capped at 60 months from the land allocation or lease date. Investors will be selected through an open bidding process, expected to begin in Q3/2025.
Thai Nguyen: 1 Project
The People’s Committee of Van Phu Commune (Thai Nguyen Province) has announced plans to invite interest in the Van Yen Commune Residential Area No. 2 project, covering over 12.3 hectares with an estimated population of 1,252. The total investment is nearly VND 154 billion. The project is scheduled to run from Q2/2025 to Q4/2028.
Phu Tho: 1 Project
The Department of Construction of Phu Tho Province is calling for investment in the Dam Dieu New Urban Area project in Phuc Yen Ward, spanning nearly 60 hectares. The total investment exceeds VND 5,767 billion, with an expected population of 8,292.
The project includes 412 commercial townhouses, 278 residential townhouses, and 270 villas. Social housing will consist of a 9-story apartment building with 1,113 units.
The project’s operational period is capped at 50 years from the land allocation or lease decision date. Construction and operation are expected to commence within 57 months of investor selection.
Quang Ngai: 1 Project
The Management Board of Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks is inviting interest in the Dap Ban Residential Area project in Binh Son Commune, covering approximately 10.3 hectares. This includes over 4 hectares of adjacent residential land with 311 lots and about 7,524 square meters for social infrastructure. The expected population is around 1,240.
The total investment exceeds VND 144 billion. The project will be implemented in phases: 2025 will focus on investment preparation, compensation, and site clearance. From Q1/2026 to Q4/2028, the investor will complete technical infrastructure, conduct acceptance tests, settle accounts, and begin land exploitation. Subsequently, the facilities will be handed over to local authorities for use.
