According to the plan, the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project, passing through the former Binh Duong area, is scheduled to complete technical clearance for all project components by the end of 2025.

The Project Management Unit for Traffic Construction Investment in Binh Duong Province collaborated with contractors, supervision consultants, and related units to organize a 100-day sprint launch ceremony to accelerate construction progress.

During the event, all parties signed a commitment to jointly overcome challenges, develop a reasonable construction plan, mobilize manpower, resources, and equipment, and adapt construction methods to the rainy season’s weather conditions.

A contingency plan has been devised to address adverse weather conditions such as rain, storms, and thunderstorms, ensuring maximum safety for workers and minimizing rain-induced damages. Teams will work in 3 shifts, 4 teams, including holidays and Tet, for 100 consecutive nights in 2025 to meet project goals.

At the XL1 package, covering the 2.3 km section from Binh Chuan to Saigon River, executed by Truong Son Construction Corporation, remaining items are being expedited.

Lieutenant Hoang Anh Dao, representing the contractor, stated that the project has achieved over 40% completion, with technical clearance planned by December 19. However, material shortages, particularly soil, and unpredictable heavy rainfall pose significant challenges.

At the National Highway 13 section, executed by Corporation No. 1 – JSC, workers are increasing shifts during dry days to compensate for rainy periods. Additional tarpaulins have been purchased to protect the foundation during unfavorable weather.

With materials fully prepared, Corporation No. 1 – JSC aims to complete the bridge surface and C16 asphalt layer by the end of 2025, ensuring timely technical clearance if weather conditions permit.
