During a press conference on September 22, Yeah1 Group Joint Stock Company (YeaH1, HOSE: YEG) officially announced the “All-Round Rookie – Show It All” program, a project co-invested with Techcombank. This initiative aims to develop and nurture a new generation of versatile music groups. The program’s ‘Level Up’ phase will air on VTV3 every Saturday at 8 PM, starting October 4, 2025.
A New Era for Vietnamese Idol Groups
In its mission to preserve and enhance artistic values, YeaH1 Group is implementing a long-term strategy to train a new generation of versatile artists, showcasing the positive image of Vietnamese youth globally. Central to this vision is the survival reality show “All-Round Rookie,” inspired by the K-Pop training model.
Participants undergo comprehensive challenges in singing, dancing, performance style, and personal branding. After rigorous competition, the most outstanding candidates will debut in a professionally managed group with international ambitions, marking a potential breakthrough for Vietnam’s entertainment industry.
Co-invested by YeaH1 and Techcombank, the program consists of two phases. The first phase, “Project 100%,” focuses on recruiting, training, and mentoring potential trainees. This process will be broadcast across social media platforms via YeaH1 Network starting April 20, 2025.
The second phase, “All-Round Rookie,” will premiere in VTV3’s prime time slot on October 4, 2025. Following 100 days of training, the top 11 contestants will advance to the “Level Up” stage, competing fiercely to form the final debut lineup.
During the “Level Up” phase, contestants may face elimination if they fail to maintain performance standards. Notably, they will interact and learn from established groups from South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand, a crucial step before their official debut.
The final debut group will have a limited number of members, selected based on talent, teamwork, image alignment, and long-term potential.
Ms. Ngô Thị Vân Hạnh, CEO of YeaH1 Group, emphasized sustainable development in the selection criteria: “We aim for this group to become a source of pride for Vietnamese audiences, embodying both talent and virtue, true to the program’s name ‘All-Round Rookie.’ Beyond professional training, members must cultivate moral integrity and acquire knowledge in culture, history, English, and etiquette to confidently represent Vietnam on the global stage.”
With substantial investment and a strategic approach, “All-Round Rookie” is not just a talent search but a potential new era for Vietnam’s idol group training industry, propelling Vietnamese music onto the world stage.
YeaH1’s New Ace: A Q4 Boost?
In 2025, YeaH1 targets consolidated revenue of VND 1,300 billion and post-tax profit of VND 140 billion, up 27% and 14% respectively from 2024. Growth drivers include the “Brother Overcoming All Odds” concert series and two new shows: “All-Round Rookie” and “Haha Family.”
In June 2025, YeaH1 launched the reality show “Haha Family.” Upon airing, it quickly topped viewership ratings on VTV3, one of Vietnam’s most-watched channels.
