This hotel has been found in violation of several regulations: Failure to properly implement the contents of the decision approving the environmental impact assessment report; littering on sidewalks and roads; inadequate collection and storage of hazardous waste; and improper designation of hazardous waste storage areas that do not meet technical requirements.

Additional violations include food handlers not wearing masks, inadequate prevention of cross-contamination between raw and cooked foods in the kitchen, and failure to comply with food sample retention regulations.
The Da Nang People’s Committee imposed a fine of 209 million VND and mandated that the company take measures to address environmental pollution.
Previously, authorities inspected the Chicland Danang Beach Hotel on the same coastal road and discovered numerous environmental and food safety violations, resulting in a fine exceeding 500 million VND.
