
Recently, the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh Province approved Thai Bao Infrastructure and Real Estate Development JSC to conduct a feasibility study for the investment project of a direct road connecting Gia Binh International Airport. The project will be implemented under the PPP model, with a BT contract paid through land funds.
According to the investor, the road will span approximately 13.3 km, passing through Lam Thao, Gia Binh, and Luong Tai communes in Bac Ninh Province. The starting point is at the intersection with DT.285B in Lam Thao commune, and the endpoint connects to the airport entrance (Gia Binh Airport – Hanoi Capital Road) in Luong Tai commune.
The project’s main components include a 13.3 km road with a design speed of 80 km/h. The cross-sectional width is 62 meters, featuring 10 lanes (8 for motor vehicles and 2 mixed lanes). Additionally, two underpasses and one intersection at DT.285B will be constructed.
The project is expected to be implemented from 2025 to 2026, with a total investment of approximately VND 4,952 billion. The owner’s equity accounts for 15% of the total investment.
According to the National Business Registration Portal, Thai Bao Infrastructure and Real Estate Development JSC was established on September 4, 2025. Just six days later, on September 10, the Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee approved the company to conduct the feasibility study for the project.
Thai Bao Real Estate is located on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Bac Giang Ward, Bac Ninh Province. The company’s primary business activities include real estate trading, land use rights ownership, and leasing.
The company has a chartered capital of VND 1,500 billion. Its shareholder structure includes three individuals: CEO Nguyen Tuan Anh holds 99% of the shares, while Nguyen Vu Hoang Kien and Pham Thanh Quyet each hold 0.5%.

The road connecting Gia Binh Airport (Bac Ninh) to Hanoi is expected to be 35 km long and 120 meters wide, with a total investment of VND 71,150 billion. The starting point is at the airport in Gia Binh District, and the endpoint is at the intersection of the Tu Lien Bridge access road with Ring Road 3 in Hanoi.
Within Hanoi, the road will be 14 km long and 120 meters wide. A 7 km section from the Bac Ninh border to the intersection of Ring Road 3 with the Hanoi – Lang Son Expressway will be newly constructed. The remaining 7 km, which overlaps with the Hanoi – Thai Nguyen Expressway and Ring Road 3, will be expanded from 35 meters to 120 meters.
The investment cost for the 14 km section in Hanoi is VND 42,450 billion, including VND 8,100 billion for land clearance and VND 34,300 billion for construction and consulting.
The 21 km section in Bac Ninh will have a cross-sectional width of 120 meters, with an estimated investment cost of VND 28,700 billion. This includes nearly VND 7,200 billion for land clearance and VND 21,500 billion for construction and consulting.
