“The Golden Ticket” Elevates Office Value

Domestic and international businesses and investors increasingly view ESG as a critical factor in strategic planning and decision-making, all aiming for “Net Zero.” In this context, choosing green offices has become an essential part of sustainable development.

According to CBRE Vietnam, tenants’ demands go beyond finding a standard workspace. They seek a friendly, convenient, and health-supportive environment. In the first six months of 2025, relocations to high-quality new buildings dominated, accounting for 65% of total office leasing in Hanoi.

A CBRE survey in March 2025 revealed that green-certified buildings have a 2% higher occupancy rate than the Asia-Pacific average. This highlights tenants’ growing preference for green experiences tied to operational efficiency and energy savings. Green certifications, once optional, are now mandatory, especially for multinationals.

This shift in demand is pushing developers to enhance office quality, focusing not only on green infrastructure but also on property management services, ensuring tenants experience distinct value.
