The TTC Plaza Danang project, developed by Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company – TTC Land (HOSE: SCR), is entering its final stages with accelerated construction, aiming for operation by early 2026.

The project is taking shape, accelerating progress, and ready for operation by early 2026

Urgent Progress, Affirming Key Project Status

Located on Dien Bien Phu Street – a vital artery connecting the international airport to Danang’s city center – TTC Plaza Danang is positioned as a multifunctional complex, adding high-quality supply to the city’s real estate market.

In 2025, the project achieved significant milestones. On May 10th, the main structure was topped out, and TTC Land handed over the commercial podium to AeonMall Vietnam, paving the way for a large-scale modern shopping center. On July 3rd, TTC Land partnered with TUI Hotels & Resorts – a subsidiary of TUI Group (Germany), a leading global tourism conglomerate – to operate the first international hotel under the TUI SUNEO brand in Vietnam, within the project. This collaboration underscores the commitment to partnering with reputable brands to enhance TTC Plaza Danang’s operational value.

Alongside the developer, general contractor Coteccons is expediting interior and exterior finishing, MEP installation, and landscaping. Strict supervision ensures construction quality, labor safety, and timely handover. At this pace, the project will commence operations in early 2026.

Mr. Vo Thanh Lam, CEO of TTC Land, emphasized, “TTC Plaza Danang is not just a real estate project, but a symbol driving the city’s economy and tourism. Partnerships with prestigious international brands will create long-term value for customers, investors, and the community.”

Integrated Ecosystem, Sustainable Competitive Advantage

TTC Plaza Danang’s standout feature is its “all-in-one” model, seamlessly integrating four zones: commercial, hotel, serviced apartments, and offices. The commercial podium, operated by AeonMall Vietnam, promises to be the region’s largest shopping and entertainment destination with Japan’s Aeon Mall brand, attracting steady footfall. The TUI SUNEO-branded hotel will elevate guest experiences, appealing to international tourists. The serviced apartments are tailored for experts, businessmen, and long-term guests – a segment lacking suitable options in Danang. Additionally, the modern office block with flexible designs caters to domestic and international businesses seeking strategic headquarters in the city center.

Perspective of TTC Plaza Danang – a modern, convenient “all-in-one” complex

The presence of international brands, combined with a prime location and assured progress, positions TTC Plaza Danang as a project with high liquidity and profit potential. It has quickly garnered attention from customers, partners, and investors.

Notably, recent financial and partnership milestones further solidify the project’s value. TTC Land completed the handover of the commercial podium to AeonMall Vietnam, securing over VND 350 billion in advance rent for five years. The company also signed a lease agreement for the entire basement. These achievements not only demonstrate TTC Plaza Danang’s appeal to major partners but also affirm its sustainable investment effectiveness, convincing customers and investors to choose apartments, hotel rooms, and offices within the project.

With strategic vision, meticulous preparation, and consistent execution, TTC Plaza Danang is expected to transform the seaside city center’s landscape and deliver long-term value for pioneering investors.
