Following the success of Frasers Property’s first project in Quang Ninh, which commenced operations in November 2024, this new factory project has been launched. This brings the total investment by the group in Quang Ninh to USD 36 million.

The developer reported that the first project achieved 100% occupancy immediately upon completion. For the second project, which offers double the floor area,

approximately 60% of the warehouse space was pre-leased by the groundbreaking ceremony.

This project not only attracts secondary businesses, creates jobs, and increases revenue but also aligns with the province’s strategic goal of sustainable industrial development driven by technology and innovation.
