Urban railways are also pivotal in building modern, smart, and sustainable cities. Despite challenges, Hanoi Metro has steadily mastered technology and successfully operated two urban railway lines (Cat Linh – Ha Dong and Nhon – Hanoi Station), spanning approximately 21.5 km. These lines transport over 60,000 passengers daily, gradually shifting residents’ travel habits toward a more civilized and modern approach.
