Regal Group, formerly known as Dat Xanh Mien Trung Joint Stock Company, officially rebranded in 2023, marking the beginning of a new chapter with the vision of becoming an international real estate conglomerate.

Simultaneously, the Dat Xanh Mien Trung brand was transferred to the younger generation of Vietnam Smart Urban Joint Stock Company, previously a subsidiary of Regal Group. Following this transition, Regal Group aims to focus entirely on its role as the principal developer of global-standard urban complexes, with its founding shareholders divesting from the new Dat Xanh Mien Trung to concentrate on larger endeavors.
Two Brands, Two Independent Development Paths
According to a representative of Regal Group, from 2025 to 2030, the company will dedicate its efforts to developing luxury real estate projects in line with international standards, focusing on ESG-compliant, health-centric urban destinations. Subsidiary brands such as Regal Homes, Regal Mall, and Regal Hotels & Resorts are being developed to create a comprehensive ecosystem catering to high-end domestic and international clients.
Regal Group is particularly focused on building integrated urban complexes, including riverside and seaside apartments, shophouses, and villas. These projects feature world-class amenities, fostering a healthy lifestyle. Notable projects include Regal Legend (Dong Hoi), Regal Capital (Hue), Regal OneRiver, Regal Victoria, Regal Complex, Regal Pavillon (Da Nang), Regal Heritage (Hoi An), and Regal Maison (Tuy Hoa).
Through its ongoing and completed projects, Regal Group is establishing itself as a pioneer in creating “global destinations,” transforming urban landscapes and solidifying Vietnam’s position on the international real estate map. Additionally, Regal Group successfully launched the Legend Fest brand and completed its public company registration, with plans to list on the stock exchange by the end of 2025.
