Kim Oanh Land, a member of Kim Oanh Group, has recently broken ground on the K-Home Cityview social housing project. Strategically located in the heart of Ho Nai Ward, Dong Nai Province, this development boasts a prime location with excellent connectivity to the city center and various amenities.

Just a 10-minute drive from Bien Hoa City Center, residents will enjoy easy access to essential facilities such as Big C and Lotte Mart supermarkets, Dong Nai Hospital, and top-tier educational institutions. Surrounding K-Home Cityview are major industrial zones like Amata, Ho Nai, Long Binh, and Bien Hoa 2, employing over 1 million workers.

Designed by Singapore’s Surbana Jurong Group on a 2.85-hectare site, K-Home Cityview features 4 blocks, each rising 22 stories, offering approximately 2,000 apartments. The complex includes a comprehensive range of amenities such as schools, swimming pools, parks, sports facilities, playgrounds, and a multi-sector retail area catering to residents’ daily needs.

A standout feature of this project is its adherence to the EDGE green building certification, widely adopted in developed nations. This commitment ensures a minimum 20% reduction in electricity consumption, water usage, and carbon emissions from construction materials.

According to Ms. Dang Thi Kim Oanh, Chairwoman and CEO of Kim Oanh Group, the project offers pricing accessible to workers while maintaining Singapore’s quality standards. Recent government adjustments raising income thresholds for social housing eligibility—from VND 15 million to VND 20 million/month for singles and VND 30 million to VND 40 million/month for couples—have expanded access to K-Home’s social housing projects.

“We’ve proven that international-standard social housing can remain affordable for workers,” Ms. Kim Oanh stated during the groundbreaking ceremony.

K-Home Cityview marks Kim Oanh Land’s fourth Singapore-standard social housing project in Dong Nai Province. Previously, the company launched three projects—K-Home Avenue (Nhon Trach District) and K-Home Midtown, K-Home Skyview (Trang Bom District)—totaling approximately 5,500 apartments, all of which broke ground in August.

In early 2025, Kim Oanh Land unveiled Vietnam’s first Singapore-standard social housing project, K-Home New City, located in Binh Duong New City. Spanning 26.69 hectares, it offers 3,310 apartments and townhouses alongside 35 premium amenities. Most units have already been sold, with townhouse deliveries scheduled for Q4/2025 and apartments from Q2/2027.

Aligned with the government’s goal of developing 1 million social housing units by 2030, Dong Nai Province aims to complete 66,700 units, including 4,200 by 2025. Between 2025–2026, the province plans to commence 20 projects totaling 23,000 units.

Kim Oanh Land targets developing approximately 40,000 social housing units by 2028, focusing on Dong Nai Province and Ho Chi Minh City.
