Tây Ninh to Launch and Inaugurate Three Key Projects on a Significant Occasion

West Ninh Province is set to launch and inaugurate three major infrastructure, commercial, and social housing projects, totaling over 4.5 trillion VND in investment, in celebration of the 1st Party Congress of the West Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

On September 24, the People’s Committee of Tay Ninh Province announced that in October, the locality will simultaneously commence and inaugurate three key projects with a total investment of over VND 4,500 billion. These activities are part of the celebrations for the 1st Provincial Party Congress of Tay Ninh for the 2025-2030 term.

Specifically, on October 3, Tay Ninh Province will begin construction on the upgrade and renovation of Provincial Road 830C in Ben Luc Commune, with a total investment of over VND 1,850 billion. This road spans approximately 9 km, starting at Nguyen Huu Tho and ending at the boundary of Ho Chi Minh City.

The upgrade and renovation of Provincial Road 830C play a crucial role in connecting provincial roads with National Highway 1, Ring Road 3 of Ho Chi Minh City, and Ring Road 4 of Ho Chi Minh City, creating significant momentum for the socio-economic development of the region.

On October 4, the Aeon Tan An Shopping Center will be inaugurated in Long An Ward, covering an area of 21,870 m². This is Aeon’s 8th shopping center in Vietnam and the first project by the Japanese retail giant in the Mekong Delta region.

The Aeon Tan An Shopping Center has a total investment of over VND 1,000 billion, featuring 4 floors and approximately 30 shops. The functional areas are diverse: the ground floor houses Aeon Supermarket and Delica Food Court; the first floor includes fashion, electronics, and furniture shops; the second floor features a bookstore, play area, food court, and outdoor terrace; and the third floor is home to Galaxy Cinema.

On October 7, in My Hanh Commune, Tay Ninh Province will commence construction on a social housing project comprising three 27-story apartment towers, with a total of 1,646 units. The total investment is over VND 1,600 billion. This project aims to meet the housing needs of workers, laborers, and policy beneficiaries, contributing to social security.

The People’s Committee of Tay Ninh Province emphasizes that the implementation and operation of these projects not only bring practical benefits in infrastructure, commerce, and social security but also hold significant political importance in the new phase.
