At the CT3 and CT4 plots, SJ Group will develop six luxury apartment towers, averaging 25 floors each, including three podium levels. These towers are nestled beside Lago Lake, the “green lung” of the urban area, and surrounded by low-rise subdivisions like Vista Palma, Vista Garden, and Vista Serena. This prime location offers easy access to parks, the Ecopath, playgrounds, sports fields, and the Onsen hot mineral springs center. It also enhances the value of nearby shophouses and villas by significantly increasing resident footfall.

Opposite the CT3–CT4 cluster, along the 50-meter-wide LK8 road, the project will feature two 40-story mixed-use towers, Vista Landmark, with 35 tower floors and five podium levels. Vista Landmark is a mixed-use district adjacent to Vista Mall, a hub for shopping, entertainment, dining, and F&B experiences. The emergence of Vista Landmark and Vista Mall is set to establish a vibrant central commercial axis, infusing new energy into western Hanoi.

With a total of eight high-rise towers, Vista Nam An Khanh not only adds a substantial supply of apartments but also marks a shift from a low-rise urban area to a more diverse, integrated community. Thousands of new residents will drive demand for a wide range of services and commercial amenities, from supermarkets and restaurants to education and healthcare, boosting business potential for surrounding areas. Notably, the influx of young professionals, including many experts and engineers working at the Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park, is expected to be a key demographic. This aligns with the capital region’s development strategy, where urbanization is closely tied to service and trade corridors.

Spanning over 234 hectares, Vista Nam An Khanh is strategically located at the western gateway of Hanoi, in An Khanh commune (formerly Hoai Duc district), an area experiencing rapid growth due to its synchronized infrastructure and urban expansion policies. The project benefits from a “quadruple connectivity advantage”: Thang Long Avenue, the vital link between Hanoi, Hoa Lac, and Hoa Binh; Ring Road 3.5, slated for completion this year; Ring Road 4, operational by 2027; and Metro Line 5, set to break ground this year.

As the new towers at Vista Nam An Khanh are completed and residents move in, several strategic infrastructure projects will also come online, notably the interchange between Ring Road 3.5 and Thang Long Avenue, expected by 2028. This synergy will enhance connectivity between the project, central Hanoi, and satellite cities, while unlocking commercial development opportunities along the avenue.

Additionally, Metro Line 5, with two stations planned within Vista Nam An Khanh, will offer tangible benefits for both residents and professionals at the Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park. This modern public transport system will reduce travel times and ensure a steady stream of visitors to the urban area’s retail, F&B, and service outlets.

Master plan of the project

SJ Group, with over 24 years of real estate expertise, has designated Vista Nam An Khanh as a flagship project. The addition of eight high-rise towers not only increases the supply of premium housing but also completes the urban ecosystem and drives commercial and service growth in western Hanoi. Coupled with the impact of transportation infrastructure and a high-quality resident base, investors view Vista Nam An Khanh as a project with strong, sustainable value appreciation potential, appealing to both homeowners and rental investors.
