The anticipated transaction is scheduled to take place between October 6 and November 4, utilizing order matching and/or negotiated trading methods. If successful, Mrs. Lo will acquire over 39 million shares, representing approximately 4.37% of GELEX’s total outstanding shares.

Mr. Nguyễn Văn Tuấn, CEO of GELEX Group, currently holds over 213 million shares, equivalent to a 23.63% stake. Meanwhile, Mrs. Đào Thị Lơ, Mr. Tuan’s mother, owns approximately 27.4 million shares, or 3.04% of the equity.

The combined ownership of the trading party and related individuals currently stands at 26.67%. Upon completing the purchase of an additional 12 million shares, their collective stake in GELEX is expected to rise to 28%.

In terms of business performance, by the end of Q2/2025, GELEX had achieved 48% of its annual revenue target and 72% of its pre-tax profit goal, laying a solid foundation for a strong second-half performance. This positions the company to potentially surpass the objectives set at the annual shareholders’ meeting in March.

GELEX is advancing as an investment conglomerate, driven by a strategic and innovative M&A approach. Amid a dynamic macroeconomic landscape, GELEX’s leadership consistently adapts and innovates, fostering resilience and growth. This has cultivated a comprehensive core competency encompassing efficient investment, sustainable governance, adaptability to market shifts, and ecosystem creation capabilities.
