Timely and accurate information disclosure in the stock market is a fundamental responsibility of publicly traded companies toward their shareholders and investors. This is also the primary criterion in the annual IR Awards program, co-organized by Vietstock and the Financial and Life Magazine, to honor listed companies with the best IR practices.
Notable Information Disclosure Violations in September 2025
In the most recent month, the State Securities Commission (SSC) has penalized several companies for information disclosure violations. These include Tùng Khánh Production and Trading JSC (UPCoM: TKG), DSC Securities JSC (HOSE: DSC), VINAHUD Urban and Housing Development Investment JSC (UPCoM: VHD), and Construction Works 3 Investment and Construction JSC (UPCoM: CT3) for failing to disclose required information as per legal regulations.
The SSC also penalized Indochina Trade and Construction JSC (UPCoM: DDB), HUD1 Investment and Construction JSC (HOSE: HU1), Duc Thanh Wood Processing JSC (HOSE: GDT), and Hoang Thi Loan Garment JSC (UPCoM: HLT) for late information disclosure.
Additionally, the SSC penalized Thang Long Urban Development and Investment JSC (HOSE: TLD), DSC, HU1, and DDB for inaccurate information disclosure as per legal regulations.

On September 27, 2025, the Chairman of the State Securities Commission (SSC) signed Decision No. 709, promulgating the Regulation on Coordinated Review of Registration Dossiers for Initial Public Offerings (IPO) in conjunction with Stock Listing Registration Dossiers.
IPA Shareholders Approve Plan to Issue 50 Million Shares
Through a written consent process, IPA shareholders have approved a private placement of 50 million shares. The proceeds from this offering will be utilized to repurchase outstanding bonds issued in 2024 ahead of their maturity date.
Business Fined for Misleading Information Disclosure
Thăng Long Urban Development and Investment (TLD) has been fined VND 150 million by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) for publishing misleading information regarding its after-tax profit figures for the year 2024.
