Rush to Recruit Coffee Harvesters

Vietnam’s 2025-2026 coffee harvest officially begins this October. Coffee plantations are actively seeking laborers for the upcoming season.

Harvesting remains a critical yet labor-intensive process due to uneven terrain and traditional planting methods, making mechanization challenging.

Proper harvesting techniques are essential to protect the trees and ensure future yields.

Recently, several specialty coffee farms have been recruiting volunteers for the harvest season, running from October through January.

Volunteers gain hands-on experience in harvesting, processing, and producing specialty coffee, while farm owners address labor shortages in this high-potential sector.
