Consecutive Groundbreaking of Mega Urban Projects
In recent days, the Vinhomes Green Paradise Can Gio project has become the focal point of the real estate market following its groundbreaking ceremony on April 19, 2025. This 2,870-hectare sea-reclamation tourism metropolis, developed by Can Gio Tourism Urban Development JSC (a subsidiary of Vingroup), aims to create an internationally acclaimed “city by the sea.”
With its unique location, bordered by the sea on three sides—a rarity in Ho Chi Minh City—Vinhomes Green Paradise is hailed as the “ace in the hole” that could usher in a new era of development for Can Gio’s real estate market.
On August 19, 2025, Vingroup made headlines again with the groundbreaking of Vinhomes Phuoc Vinh Tay in Tay Ninh. Spanning nearly 1,100 hectares, this is one of the largest urban developments in the South, designed as a smart, sustainable eco-city. It will feature a comprehensive ecosystem including education, commerce, healthcare, and more, positioning it as a future flagship urban project in the region.

Also in Tay Ninh, on March 26, 2025, Vingroup commenced the Vinhomes Green City project, covering nearly 200 hectares. The development is designed to offer a convenient lifestyle with shopping centers, parks, and internal amenities.
In the North, Vinhomes broke ground on the 240.6-hectare Vinhomes Golden City Hai Phong in May 2025. The project is divided into five districts: Star, Galaxy, Sun, Moon, and Dawn.
Earlier, in March 2025, Vingroup launched Vinhomes Wonder City in Dan Phuong, Hanoi, spanning 133 hectares. Strategically located along the Tay Thang Long Avenue, the project benefits from key infrastructure developments such as the Tay Tuu – Tay Ho route and the future Me Linh – Lien Ha metro line.
One of Hanoi’s most notable projects is Vinhomes Global Gate in Dong Anh district, which began construction in Q2 2024 and covers 385 hectares. Its centerpiece is the National Exhibition Center, spanning over 90 hectares, making it one of Southeast Asia’s largest exhibition complexes and among the top 10 globally. The iconic Kim Quy Exhibition Hall features a 24,000-ton steel dome, 56 meters high, inspired by the legend of the Golden Turtle God associated with the ancient Co Loa Citadel.

The highlight of Vinhomes Global Gate is the National Exhibition Center, covering over 90 hectares.
In the prime location of 148 Giang Vo, Vingroup is developing Vinhomes The Gallery, a high-end commercial, service, and residential complex. Spanning nearly 7 hectares, it features 199 rare low-rise commercial units in the heart of the capital.
In Central Vietnam, the standout project is the Lang Van Tourism and Urban Resort Complex (Vinhomes Lang Van). Covering over 500 hectares, it is strategically located near the Hai Van Pass and Da Nang Bay, poised to become a premier regional tourism and leisure hub.
A Series of Mega Projects in the Pipeline
Beyond the projects already underway, Vingroup is preparing to launch several other large-scale initiatives.
In Khanh Hoa, a consortium led by Vinhomes has won the bid for the 10,400-hectare Cam Lam New Urban Area (Vinhomes Cam Lam), one of Vietnam’s largest urban developments.

Vinhomes Cam Ranh spans 1,250 hectares with a total investment of 85 trillion VND.
Simultaneously, Vinhomes and its partners are advancing the 1,250-hectare Cam Ranh Bay Urban Area (Vinhomes Cam Ranh).
In the South, Vingroup is set to develop the 930-hectare Tan My New Urban Area in Tay Ninh.
Vingroup has launched and is advancing a series of mega urban projects across the North, Central, and South regions. From Can Gio and Tay Ninh to Hanoi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, and Khanh Hoa, the footprint of Vingroup and its subsidiaries is expanding rapidly. These projects are not only reshaping the real estate market but also promising to create new urban, tourism, and commercial hubs, driving socioeconomic transformation in numerous localities in the years to come.
