Held at the modern venue of Ha Nam Indoor Stadium in Ninh Binh, the launch event of Flora Avenue was more than just the introduction of a new livable and investable district south of Hanoi. The district is also surrounded by four major parks and features three internal gardens inspired by local cultures,” shared a representative from Sun Property (a Sun Group member).
As a unique “accent” in the urban canvas Sun Group has meticulously crafted over the past year south of Hanoi, Flora Avenue enjoys a central location at the intersection of two vital arteries: the 32-meter route connecting Sun Urban City, Sun River City, and Sun Legacy City, and the 36-meter route linking Phu Thu Junction to the future North-South high-speed rail station at Liem Tuyen.
