Yeah1 Expands with Two New Affiliate Companies

Yeah1 plans to acquire additional stakes in 1Game JSC and 1Creators JSC. Upon completion of the transactions, both companies will become affiliates of Yeah1.

Recently, Yeah1 Corporation (stock code: YEG, HoSE) announced a Board of Directors resolution approving the acquisition of additional shares in 1Game JSC and 1Creators JSC.

Specifically, Yeah1 plans to acquire nearly 1.4 million shares of 1Game from its existing shareholders. Upon completion, Yeah1 will hold a total of over 2.2 million shares, equivalent to a 49% stake in 1Game.

Formerly known as Yeah1 Gaming JSC, 1Game was established in October 2022, primarily engaged in trade promotion and introduction services.

Additionally, Yeah1 will acquire 36,000 shares of 1Creators from its existing shareholders. If successful, Yeah1 will own 36% of 1Creators’ charter capital.

Established on June 20, 2025, with a charter capital of VND 1 billion, 1Creators specializes in computer programming, computer consulting, and system administration.

The transfer prices for these transactions will be determined as per the agreements signed between the involved parties. The transactions are expected to be completed in September 2025.

Upon completion, 1Game and 1Creators will officially become Yeah1’s affiliated companies.

In other news, Yeah1 recently disclosed a report on the stock transactions of insiders and related individuals.

On September 19, 2025, Ms. Pham Le Anh Thu successfully purchased 5,000 YEG shares. Ms. Thu is the mother of Ms. Le Phuong Thao, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and Legal Representative of Yeah1.

Following this transaction, Ms. Thu’s YEG holdings increased from 48,216 shares to 53,216 shares, raising her ownership from 0.025% to 0.028%.

Conversely, Mr. Vuong Ho Tri Dung, a member of Yeah1’s Supervisory Board, registered to sell 35,377 YEG shares for personal financial purposes. The transaction is expected to take place via order matching from September 24, 2025, to October 23, 2025.

If successful, Mr. Dung’s YEG holdings will decrease from 70,737 shares to 35,360 shares, reducing his ownership from 0.0369% to 0.0184%.
