On September 30th, a senior official from the People’s Committee of Ca Mau Province stated that there is no set timeline for the merger of Bac Lieu Lottery One-Member LLC and Ca Mau Lottery One-Member LLC.

The People’s Committee of Ca Mau Province recently submitted a report to the Government Party Committee’s Standing Board and the Ministry of Home Affairs regarding the proposed reorganization of public service units and state-owned enterprises in the region.
In the report, Ca Mau Province recommends maintaining the current status of both Bac Lieu Lottery One-Member LLC and Ca Mau Lottery One-Member LLC.
Previously, the Ca Mau Department of Home Affairs submitted a proposal to the People’s Committee outlining a draft plan for reorganizing public service units and state-owned enterprises in the area.
The proposal included a plan to merge Bac Lieu Lottery One-Member LLC and Ca Mau Lottery One-Member LLC. However, the Standing Board of the People’s Committee has yet to provide feedback on this matter.
In 2024, Ca Mau Lottery One-Member LLC contributed VND 2,319 billion in taxes and other payments to the state budget, along with billions of dong allocated for social welfare initiatives.
Meanwhile, Bac Lieu Lottery One-Member LLC reported total revenue of over VND 5,980 billion in 2024, with a target of VND 6,771 billion in revenue and VND 2,270 billion in tax contributions for 2025.
